I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. The indoor and outdoor pool and hot tub facilities were exceptional, providing a perfect opportunity for relaxation and remaining open quite late. The service was particularly noteworthy; every staff member was remarkably friendly and attentive to my needs. The complimentary daily breakfast was excellent, and the provision of three free drinks with appetizers, which felt almost like a full meal served daily at 5:30 PM at no additional charge, was a delightful surprise. I felt exceptionally well cared for throughout my visit. I would certainly be pleased to return to this establishment.
We were in town on Thanksgiving. They have free breakfasts *and* dinner (5:30 to 7:00)! The front desk was welcoming and engaging. They interacted with people and made it feel like we guests in their home, not customers in a hotel. The manager would stop by and ask how we were and if we needed anything. The rooms were nice, clean, and comfortable. We Will definitely stay here next year!!
From my very first contact with the front desk when we arrived, to the very end when we departed, each staff member we interacted with was amazing. We checked in late in the evening after a long drive. We were welcomed warmly, directed to park in the garage out of the weather, and offered an extended check out for the next day. Bee greeted us early for breakfast, helped my 7 year old with his breakfast. She helped him make his delicious waffles, got him hot chocolate, and chatted with us about our day ahead. The pool area was beautiful and clean. The rooms clean and spacious. My daughter was there to play soccer, so we had plenty of room for all of her equipment and luggage. The area this hotel was in was perfect and fun, an easy drive to the fields, and quiet. Every staff said hello and smiled! We have traveled extensively for sports and would highly recommend this hotel for a family stay.
I love Drury Inn hotels in general. However this one was especially awesome! There was an issue with my reservation, not their fault in anyway. They work hard to get it fixed so I could go to my room. By that, I mean they had 3 people doing whatever they could to get it fixed. Finally, they said they knew what needs done but it would need corrected in the morning. They let me check in, and I got to have a great nights sleep while they handled the mess. Considering it wasn’t their mess to clean up, I think it was just over and above the usual awesomeness I find at all the Drury Inn hotels.
I was pleasantly surprised. Room set up was exactly what we needed and expected coming in. What I didn’t expect is an incredible breakfast area that felt like almost a big family room/kitchen. TV’s everywhere, comfortable to hangout, watch football, work, my son had room to run around. Food was great, staff was great. We didn’t take advantage of the free dinner but it was awesome they offered it. Location is amazing. We will for sure be back, such a great experience.
