Ordered Uber eats tonight. 5/25/2025. Order 1654 UE#2FE63. Order10 piece chicken nuggets, 2 apple pies. Medium Diet Coke, medium fries and double cheeseburger. Received sauce for nuggets but no nuggets. Double cheeseburger and medium Diet Coke. No apple pies received complained to Uber and got a partial refund but COME on people. Pay attention.
If you're going through the drive thru, don't use the farthest lane. I did, and they didn't answer for, yes, I timed it, 17 minutes. So I pulled around, and then waited for another 4 minutes before someone answered the box. There are others in line in the drive through so im not alone. It's absolutely horrible. Service was terrible. I will never be back.
I wanted to bring to your attention an issue I experienced at your location on Saturday, February 8, at 9:40 AM. The employee working the second drive-through window, a young man with curly hair, left my bag sitting open in front of him while he finished a text on his phone before handing it to me. This was done in plain view, without any sense of urgency or concern for customer service. I expect better attention to food handling and customer service, and I wanted to share this feedback in the hope that it helps improve future experiences. Everytime I visit this location they always forget to put something in my bag. I don't know if it's intentional but it has happened frequently. Fries, red beans and rice, Biscuits. I never notice till I'm home so of course I'm not going back. They never answer the phone.
Did a mobil order and I guess I selected curb side not drive through. So when i went through the drive through the man said you need to go park and choose a number. Ugh so extra wouldn't you rather hand out window then sending a manager out to hand me a coffee???? Well nice part she was very friendly. What else can I say
