Excellent location, clean rooms, friendly American staff, breakfast was Hot. Breakfast area had nice spread of options, both HOT and cold options. The lady running the kitchen area did a FANTASTIC JOB keeping everything stocked, tables clean, and very polite!!! The only downside to this location and not really a fault to the hotel is if there is some type of function going on down here in this area even though you have a room here your parking doesnt have a guaranteed spot. Otherwise yes there is tons of parking!!! Loved the atmosphere and this area i will come again.
The location was great. We could walk from the hotel lobby to the historic downtown in a matter of minutes. There is a stop for the trolly tours right outside the entrance for anyone interested in a guided narrated tour of the local area. The roomswere great and the parking was plentiful. For anyone interested in riding or hiking the Katy Trail, it runs right through your back yard here.
This spot is the best! Cookies and great rooms! Fun staff and a hot breakfast make staying here a must…especially when your mother in law lives two blocks away! Staying there means a 87 degree house with endless Judge Judy shows. Staying here means at the end of the day we can cool off and watch what we want!
We only stayed one night. It was clean and quiet. The coffee setup was great. The breakfast looked good. The location is perfect for a biking trip since the Katy Trail passes through town right behind the hotel. Plenty of parking. I will definitely stay here again!
A surprising gem in old downtown St. Charles. Within walking distance of the shops in the downtown area. The hotel itself is beautiful inside and out and the rooms are clean and well appointed. Service was outstanding. Breakfast was pretty typical hotel fare.
