My best friend and I had an amazing stay at the Drury Plaza in St. Charles. We stayed in a deluxe room with two queen beds that was huge and very clean. It had a fridge and microwave, ample sitting area, and very comfortable beds. The breakfast each morning was delicious as were the evening drinks and buffet. Alyssa Bodily went out of her way to make us feel welcome and even gave us the day rate on our room so we could stay there until our very late flight back to Houston. The location was perfect- only a $10 Uber to historic St. Charles and plenty of other modern eateries within walking distance. All of the employees were incredibly kind. Housekeeping even made towel animals for us. I would stay there again in a heartbeat! It was one of my favorite hotel stays ever, and I travel quite a bit.
I have so many allergies and traveling makes me nervous. I have to travel to St. Charles a couple times a month. The weekend staff and the manager are top notch. They are so helpful and just all around amazing people. The rooms are immaculate and everything is always perfect. I will stay no place, but here, even when it makes the drive a little more.
Simply the best! We got sick on vacation and spent 4 unexpected nights at the Drury and could not be happier. You really get the feel that all the employees care. This is the first review I have ever written in my life!
This was the most amazing hotel I have ever stayed at. The staff treated me like family. Rooms were great. Complimentary food and beverages were a great plus! Would definitely recommend. St Charles staff rocks!!!
Sky was so good to us. We honestly had no clue where we were. It was so late at night traveling with our kids and dogs on our first road trip when we unexpectedly had to get a hotel and I cannot even tell you how lucky we felt to have called this place. Not because of the location but because of the staff. We instantly felt better when we met Sky. He was so helpful, calm, sweet and reassuring. He even made us like Drury over Holiday Inns that we were just staying in for nostalgia. Drury is hooked up with some great food deals for their customers and were much cleaner than the other place. We are officially Drury Plaza people when we travel now.
