This is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at! I've traveled extensively, and the staff here, along with the cleanliness of the hotel, impressed me greatly. The lobby, the breakfast area, and the rooms were all exceptional. I will definitely be back!
We had a fantastic stay at the Drury hotel during my husband’s work trip. We arrived early, about an hour before check-in, and were able to park our truck in the lot, which was a huge plus. My husband went inside to check everything out, and we were pleasantly surprised to be given early check-in. The room was spotlessly clean, especially the bathroom, which is crucial for a comfortable stay. The lobby was also clean and well-maintained, and the elevator was spotless. It’s refreshing to find a hotel that prioritizes cleanliness and service. One of the highlights of our stay was the complimentary popcorn. My kids were thrilled with it, as it’s one of their favorite snacks. In the evening, they offered a free drink and snack, which was a nice touch. And of course, breakfast was free, which is always a welcome amenity. The location of the hotel is perfect for a weekend staycation. There are many attractions and restaurants nearby, but it’s still close enough to feel like you’re home. I highly recommend staying at the Drury hotel. It was a great experience, and I’ll definitely be back in the future.
Seriously one of the best stays I have had in a while. Considering switching from Hilton to Drury loyalty after this stay. The staff and their customer service was fantastic. They were helpful and proactive. The manager was walking around during breakfast and engaging with customers as well as helpful. The evening snacks were full meals and quality. The room was clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay again!
Stayed here for a month on a business trip. The staff is very nice and accommodating. They were very prompt to take care of any issues that I had. I would definitely recommend the plaza to anyone staying for an extended period of time.. at dinner I was allowed to have two or three free drinks in the meals were pretty good although all I ever ate was breakfast. It is within walking distance of a cool little bar that we hung out and watched football at on Sunday. There is also a casino close by which I capitalized on $$$
This is by far the BEST hotel experience we have had! Ya'll are the Chick-fil-A of hotels when it comes to service & efficiency. From the moment we walked in the door, to the time we had to leave, it was smiles, how ya doing, what brings you to town, is there anything we can do for you? They were attentive and you could tell it was genuine. In addition to the wonderful service, they have a great breakfast and wonderful happy hour/dinner. The room was clean, comfortable and A/C was great too! We will definitely be back next time we are in the area!
