I wanted to bring to your attention an issue I experienced at your location on Saturday, February 8, at 9:40 AM. The employee working the second drive-through window, a young man with curly hair, left my bag sitting open in front of him while he finished a text on his phone before handing it to me. This was done in plain view, without any sense of urgency or concern for customer service. I expect better attention to food handling and customer service, and I wanted to share this feedback in the hope that it helps improve future experiences. The last 4 times they e gotten my order wrong. I ordered a plain cheese burger emphasis on no pickles mustard and ketchup. Just burger and cheese. But they keep putting it on anyway. Or replacing McChickens with triple cheese burgers. I've also asked for things like extra cheese before and they'll charge me and not actually put the extra on. Literally the dumpster fire of all McDonald's in the area. They also purposely lie about the ice cream machine to get out of having to make shakes because it's a hassle. Fries are always cold and unsalted. 0/10
This is by far one of the best McDonald's i have ever purchased from! The food is always correct & fresh. staff is always friendly! If you go late at night, you may have a wait bc they only take & prepare one order at a time. It's definitely worth the wait!!
Literally the worst customer service I’ve ever had, it’s so bad this is the only time I’ve ever complained or written a review for any restaurant. I waited in line for 10 minutes for somebody to take my order, the guy in the other lane had been waiting there longer than me. Four cars lined up behind us and we were honking our horns waiting for somebody to answer. I had gotten there at 10:23am and they waiting until 10:30am to change the menu and still didn’t answer us. There was only one car in front of us the whole time and we all left, seemed like they were just chatting at the window. Unacceptable behavior, I’m not coming back.
I ordered the big breakfast with pancakes once I got all the way to work. I got the pancakes but no syrup, no butter and No plastic wire when I called back to inform the staff of the mistake I was rudely treated and never reimbursed so now I drive out of the a for breakfast to I want to be Back One more lost customer
