Ordered Uber eats tonight. 5/25/2025. Order 1654 UE#2FE63. Order10 piece chicken nuggets, 2 apple pies. Medium Diet Coke, medium fries and double cheeseburger. Received sauce for nuggets but no nuggets. Double cheeseburger and medium Diet Coke. No apple pies received complained to Uber and got a partial refund but COME on people. Pay attention.
The guy working window was friendly. That's all I can say. Almost 10 cars in drive thru and no one was taking orders for at least 15 minutes. Went on my lunch break at like 10pm. Had mustard all over the top of my bun and wrapper.
If you're going through the drive thru, don't use the farthest lane. I did, and they didn't answer for, yes, I timed it, 17 minutes. So I pulled around, and then waited for another 4 minutes before someone answered the box. There are others in line in the drive through so im not alone. It's absolutely horrible. Service was terrible. I will never be back.
This is a busy McDonald's that needs a bit of attention. Restrooms and dining areas need more frequent cleaning. This is a small dine-in facility that seems more suited for drive through. Very little and tight parking. This is a one direction in and out facility, so if you come from the highway you'll have to find somewhere to u-turn to get back. The food was standard McDonald's but we missed a couple items and didn't realize until we were back on the road.
Everytime I visit this location they always forget to put something in my bag. I don't know if it's intentional but it has happened frequently. Fries, red beans and rice, Biscuits. I never notice till I'm home so of course I'm not going back. They never answer the phone.
