Just tried to go through the drive through and place my order and literally all I asked for was a twenty piece nugget and a large fry. The lady who was taking my order was super rude, short and was entirely unprofessional. It was uncalled for. When she asked if I wanted sauce, I said no sauce and then she proceeded to tell me my total and say that I didn't need to be rude. If anybody was being rude and taking a tone it was her. I will not be coming back to this location. Also, they are always super slow, and it usually takes forever for me to get my food.
They hardly speak English so it’s difficult to place your order properly. The workers are yelling at the top of their lungs in Spanish. Don’t get me wrong, I have no issue with Hispanics, but you need to be able to function in this country and run a business in a respectful manner. Going by the reviews here that’s not being done. The man who rang us out was extremely rude and made it seem like an inconvenience for him to speak English.
Zero stars. Ordered food on kiosk and waited 20 minutes still nothing. Took 10 minutes to flag down a employee and was refused a refund. So I guess I'm out the money and didn't get any food and only got pissed off. Place is lucky I'm not a violent person. Good luck
Food was fine. Waiting 15 minutes to get it in the drive through with only 2 cars ahead of me was ridiculous. Nothing special 2 breakfast sandwiches and a hash brown. Never stopping at this one again.
Went Saturday to get food for my kids and was told my order over the intercom. When I got to the window and gave some kid my debit card, he handed me an ice tea, which I did NOT order. So I take a look at the receipt and see I just paid for another order, not mine! I let him know, and some girl came to the window saying they refunded it and I'll pay for my order. I say ok already aggravated this is even happening. So I get my card and both receipts. It is now Monday, and the order that wasn't mine was NEVER refunded! It was taken out of my account! So now I have to go up there today and act a fool for my money that was already supposed to be on my account! I plan on calling corporate as well because incompetent teens should not be working there! And to top it off, the fries were cold! Like they just put the fries from the order that wasn't mine into my bag! Shut this place down or hire better workers! That's the only option available at this point!
