I was there approximately 15 minutes ago. I asked for cheese on my sandwich I did check my food, but no as well as I thought. When I started eating my food I did not have cheese. The fact that I was charged an extra .69 for something that I did not receive makes me highly upset. I understand it's a simple mistake, but that's a mistake that I paid for. I truly suggest that you all hire staff that can pay attention. I will not return to this establishment.
Just went there with my family and we ordered online we got there food took about 10-15 minutes to be ready but when we went to sit down there was food on every table no napkins. Got all the food burgers were good fries were way to salty they also forgot to give us our lemonade. then I went up to get ranch because there was no ketchup or barbecue sauce but then I heard someone else complaining about salty fries and there was poor service there. To add on there was no toys in the happy meals even though there was an advertisement for them
Ordered Uber eats tonight. 5/25/2025. Order 1654 UE#2FE63. Order10 piece chicken nuggets, 2 apple pies. Medium Diet Coke, medium fries and double cheeseburger. Received sauce for nuggets but no nuggets. Double cheeseburger and medium Diet Coke. No apple pies received complained to Uber and got a partial refund but COME on people. Pay attention.
I went to this location last night with 3 of my friends at around 9pm last night. I did not get anything myself but my friends all did. They enjoyed their food and the service. However, there was something that caught my eye and my friend's eye’s as well. All of the tables in the restaurant were dirty including ours and me and my friends had to clean the table ourselves so we could sit there. Not only that but the trash cans were so full that some of the trash couldn’t fit inside and had to be put by the trash cans. The environment was disgusting to look at and the workers need to make sure that even in the hours before closing that the tables are clean at all times, the floors are clean at all times, and that the trash is taken out whenever the cans are full. I hope to see improvements on this place soon.
Shouldn’t be surprised that this location was disappointing yet again but here I am writing a review this time cause they’re 2 for 2 on bad service. The last time I was here was 9/27 and when I got breakfast then, they forgot syrup and butter, need I say more there? Today though 10/11, I placed an order and was charged at 10:44am on the mobile app. I came to the location at 10:57am just as another vehicle was done at the first lane speaker box. They proceeded to not talk to me or the person in the lane next to me until right at 11:00am which after about 10:58 I had a feeling it was what they were doing since they change breakfast at 10:59 on. I’ve been coming to this location for probably the last 15 or so years and each time feels worse service wise than the last in the last few years. Do better.
