I was very excited to add some pumpkin flavor to my favorite espresso drink. I paid extra to get the famous seasonal pumpkin and was dissatisfied that it wasn't even put in my drink. I hope that in the future the employees pay more attention to the ticket they are given. I didn't go back in to notify them due to the rush, but hope that this doesn't happen to several others excited to enjoy that seasonal flavor.
The coffee is great but prices are creeping up. The inside lobby is quite filthy. Starbucks used to be the place where customers hung out and played board games. No way I’m doing that in this one. The drive thru and parking lot is tight. Too close to another building and too close to the dumpsters.
I walked in, was completely ignored by the two employees within sight. After a couple minutes, I said, “I’m sorry, I’ve never been here before. Where do I go to order? Another employee came and I ordered a caramel Frappuccino. It took six minutes to get the drink, which was watery and almost tasteless. McDonald’s has a better Frappuccino. The third employee who served me was very nice. The other employees made me feel like I was inconveniencing them. Is this the norm for Starbucks?
I don't really think there is much to say about this post. I ordered the wrap and requested Sriracha as it was recommended to be a fantastic pairing. Opened the bag and just assumed they had forgotten it. So I wasn't upset and tried it anyway and halfway through my breakfast I found the Sriracha......... Just an epic fail. Definite safety issue.
Even though I told the young man exactly what I wanted Tuesday morning in the store, he repeated the wrong thing I explained it to him and showed a picture of what I wanted, he still wrung it up incorrectly again and ignored me as though I didn't know what I was asking for. This is the only store that rarely gets my order right. 8/8/24 response to the owner: Thank you for your email. However, that didn't work before. It would seem that the only reason for your response this time is because it was made to the public. I spent somewhere around $40 for everything. It won't be happening again.
