Front desk lady was super amazing both times, The assistants are always on par and great. Last time I had a lady, great 5 stars.... Today I had a dude. The feeling of comfort was NOT there. I came in really worried about my tooth that had chipped and started to form an infection, In fact that pain was felt and my nasal cavity..... Upon removing the tooth, It was 'okay thank you bye'. Even if I had been to the motions once it's still beneficial to explain The dos and don'ts of after care of tooth extractions.... A sense of walking a person through the steps of what's happening is key Even if they had been to it once because it sets a journey of understanding and not just a sense of I'm just going to get it out and not tell you much of anything. I can only assume that tonight was a different rhythm and doc, and I can't fault the place for it. Keep up the excellent work, But really realize that every interaction has a person with feelings behind it and you really need to be making sure that your attentive to that.... All I can say is I'm glad I've been through the process to know that there should have been gauze given because if I had not I would have had none given to me. Also congratulations to the young girl who had sat with the doc, and who said she just graduated!!!
Best place ever. The staff is awesome. No one wants people in there mouth especially if you are getting a bad tooth removed. Its embarrassing!!!! BUT they go out of there way to make you feel like its no big deal !!!! Very caring , careful, gentle as they can be and super kind. The price not terrible but does dent the pocket just a little, but I would pay it 10 times over to have them get ride of that pain. 2 Thumbs up !!!! I would send everyone here.
Going to the dentist has always made me super anxious, so last night when my filling came out, I was dreading having to get it fixed. On top of that, I’m not from the St. Louis area so I was even more nervous about going somewhere new. I’m so glad that I went to STL Urgent Dental, their patient care was incredible, and it was completely painless! So if you’re scrolling through reviews trying to find a dentist, this is your sign to go!!
I was very terrified. I haven't gone to a dentist in a embarrassing long amount of time so I was nervous. However, Dr Johnson and her assistant were VERY caring and helped soothe my anxiety so much. I needed an extraction and it went better than I thought. She was so gentle and fast. A combination I didn't think would happen 😅 THANK YOU!!!!
The people working here are blessings. I do NOT like dental work, and I'm paying the price for it with a messed up tooth. From the lady that took my X-ray to the dentist that ripped out my busted wisdom tooth they were so sweet and kind and caring. Incredible service. I felt so bad due to my negligence and they got me in and out in less than 30 minutes. X-ray, to numbing, to pulling out was probably 20-25 minutes. Absolutely amazing talent here. Oh and I did not feel much. 0 pain and only some pressure.
