Easy to set up an appointment and be seen quickly. Once I arrived and was called in back for X-rays and the to have the dentist. He talked with me and explained what he saw and made suggestions on what my options were and what would be part of a future plan. I really felt comfortable, confident and understood. ( I've had bad experiences with other dentists in the past) I walked back out and was told there was no charge as my insurance covered it. Then the lady at the front said that I did owe as it was out of network, but I said no my insurance covers anywhere. Then she says that my insurance only covers 80% so I needed to pay the rest. Why did I feel like she was overcharging me... Not a good feeling as I was leaving... Definitely not a good business practice. Maybe she was having a rough day but you can't treat people badly based on that.
Front desk lady was super amazing both times, The assistants are always on par and great. Last time I had a lady, great 5 stars.... Today I had a dude. The feeling of comfort was NOT there. I came in really worried about my tooth that had chipped and started to form an infection, In fact that pain was felt and my nasal cavity..... Upon removing the tooth, It was 'okay thank you bye'. Even if I had been to the motions once it's still beneficial to explain The dos and don'ts of after care of tooth extractions.... A sense of walking a person through the steps of what's happening is key Even if they had been to it once because it sets a journey of understanding and not just a sense of I'm just going to get it out and not tell you much of anything. I can only assume that tonight was a different rhythm and doc, and I can't fault the place for it. Keep up the excellent work, But really realize that every interaction has a person with feelings behind it and you really need to be making sure that your attentive to that.... All I can say is I'm glad I've been through the process to know that there should have been gauze given because if I had not I would have had none given to me. Also congratulations to the young girl who had sat with the doc, and who said she just graduated!!!
I had to get a tooth extracted and the dentist that performed the extraction was absolutely incredible. He was incredibly quick, the numbing process is always a nightmare for me, I hate needles so much, but he numbed me up so fast, I didn't even have time to have a panic attack lol I was in the office, I don't even think it was 30 minutes from the moment I walked through their doors and I was out in a jiffy! The entire staff was remarkable! The dentist told me to expect some discomfort and some pain for a few days, I'm not even exaggerating, the moment the numbness went away, I was worried I was gonna be in so much pain, dude, there was literally no pain. That man is a sorcerer. It took me about an 1hr40min to get there, totally worth it. I'll definitely be back, (unfortunately) at least I know I will be in the very best hands!
Dr. Salim Mistrih was terrific. Very professional, very confident and very reassuring. They had me in, 4 infected teeth pulled that I didn't think could be, and out in less than an hour. The staff was fantastic, very friendly and welcoming. If it's an emergency, couldn't recommend them higher.
It is so great to have an after hours option available. They are pleasant, explain options well and ensure comfort and take care to keep you informed. I’ve been twice for emergencies and I Definitely recommend
